A flat that is charming and convenient

Unit #25 is a flat and located on what we call the first floor….which is actually one level up above the covered parking. The door is Electronic Entry so you do not have to drive somewhere late at night to pick up the key on arrival. Another advantage is not having to worry about who has the key, or what part of the beach you should start digging for it!! The view from the front door straight through to the beach will warm your heart as soon as you step inside to set your bags down! The unit has brand new wood and tile floors and an up to date kitchen. This is an up to date unit and not the typical run of the mill beach condo. Furniture is mostly new and picked for comfort. Washer and dryer are in unit along with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Because of the way the units are set up, ours juts forward towards the beach and offers a fantastic view—just hope you can sleep with the surf rolling gently in the background. This is Not a Party Area or unit, and is strictly enforced so that our owners and guests can enjoy the tranquility of the moment without interruption! We are located about mid way in the units, giving you the quiet privacy of the beach and yet still within a short walk to the pool and grill area.
